A certified Translator and Interpreter and Business Administrator with 13 years of national and international experience in the fields of sales, business management, languages education, translation and interpretation, project management, continuous improvement and change management.
She joint MMG in September 2014 to lead the
Office Services team as part of the MMG SBS Lima Delivery hub reporting to the
Group Manager – Shared Business Services based in Lima. She successfully
implemented the MMG regional corporate office and later was promoted to lead
some continuous improvement and service management projects which she continues
doing until now.
