Juan holds an MBA from IE Business School, Spain and a Bachelor’s degree in Business from Universidad del Rosario, Colombia. In addition, he takes part of the Wharton Fellows, an ongoing C-Level executive’s network lead by the Wharton School at University of Pennsylvania, USA.  Juan is the Latin American CFO for Iron Mountain.  Prior to this company, he worked for +13 years at SAP in a variety of roles such as CFO (Partners, Channels and SME businesses), Americas VP of Finance, etc.  Juan is also an entrepreneur, independent board member and simultaneously, for +10 years, he has been a Finance Professor for graduate programs at Universidad EAFIT, Universidad del Rosario, and CESA among others.
